I would like to share with you why I established Pasargad Realty Inc. About fifteen years ago, when I decided to get involved in the Real Estate market, it was clear that if I wanted to succeed, I should join a Real Estate company with a big name. I so I did.
I joined a firm with one of the biggest names in the market because they could provide me with the tools and information about the market that were not available to me otherwise. Within a few short years, things changed and Internet use widely spread. The same and even more information was readily available to everyone at the click of a mouse. Ease of information access has eliminated the need for a Realtor to be attached to a big company to provide them with new tool "competitiveness". This is achieved by elimination of franchise fees, large office space and elimination of other costs associated with big name companies that can be passed on from brokerage office to salesperson and in turn to consumer, while providing consumers with the same level of service.
I would like to bring to the attention of Buyers and Sellers of property in the Greater Toronto Area, that a database maintained by the Toronto Real Estate Board is the source of information that is commonly used by all members regardless of their firm name.
